From the initial call to request an appointment to the installation of your producthas been a first class act.

The person I spoke with initially was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, articulate, and a true business associate. Most bosses don't recognize, the person who answers the phone is one of their most important employees. Obviously, YOU understand that.

When I opened my door to Kelsie Hitz I was even more impressed. Here stood a "young" person with personality, stature, and intelligence. I was stunned. Finding a young person with half a brain in today's world is rare. Dealing with someone like Kelsie was such a remarkable delight. After only a few minutes I knew that IHAD to do business with your company.

Then, right on schedule, Jake Paul arrived. I love mechanics and building practices and I appreciate watching people work when they know what they're doing. Wow, talk about impressed! Jake was fantastic. Quick, thorough, and efficient and he answered al of my questions. Karl, even YOU were not too busy to say hello on the phone when Kelsie was here the second time. After she hung up and gave me a ridiculously fast installationappointment
